Each
sample exam has 45 multiple-choice questions and six free-response questions.
Section I Part A has 28 multiple-choice questions (without the use of any
calculator) and Section I Part B has 17 multiple-choice questions (designed
with graphing calculators in mind, and will contain questions for which
this technology is required) - as outlined in the May 1999 AP Course Description.
Section II has six free-response questions. The book has an index for the
multiple-choice questions which acts as a cross-reference for all multiple-choice
questions in the book. The book has workspace area for students to work out each problem (multiple-choice and free-response) and a separate Answer Key for the multiple-choice and free-response section of each sample exam. The STUDENT’S SOLUTIONS MANUAL (6th edition) provides a step-by-step solution for each problem (multiple-choice and free-response) in the question book. In many cases, the incorrect answers are also examined, so your students can learn to avoid common pitfalls. Thousands of high schools throughout the country who are using our books find that they make an important impact on student test scores. In fact, here is what some of your colleagues have to say about our 6th edition AP Calculus (BC) book:
Their students went into the AP Calculus exam both well prepared and at ease with the format. Now you can give YOUR students the same competitive edge. They will thank you for it. back to books see sample order book
