he 8th edition AP Calculus (AB) question book includes questions on slope fields. While retaining most of the questions from the 7th edition, about 50 new multiple-choice questions and more than 10 new free-response questions have been included in the 8th edition.

Both the AB and BC question book have six sample exams consisting of 45 multiple-choice questions and 6 free-response questions in each sample exam. Section I Part A consists of 28 multiple-choice questions (without the use of calculators) and Section I Part B consists of 17 multiple-choice questions which contains some questions for which a graphing calculator is required. Section II consists of 6 free-response questions. (Section II Part A consists of three free-response questions and contains some questions or parts of questions for which a graphing calculator is required, and Section II Part B consists of three free-response questions which a student may not use a graphing calculator.)

In addition, both books have workspace area for students to work out each problem, an index which acts as a cross-reference for all multiple-choice questions in the book, and separately packaged Answer Keys for all multiple-choice and free-response questions.

Also available for your students is a student’s solutions manual to accompany multiple-choice & free-response questions in preparation for the AP calculus (AB) examination (8th edition), as well as a students solutions manual to accompany multiple-choice & free-response questions in preparation for the AP calculus (BC) examination (6th edition). Both manuals provide a step-by-step solution for each problem in the question book. In many cases, the incorrect answers are examined.
