Calculus (BC)
The new 7th edition of Multiple-Choice & Free-Response Questions in Preparation for the AP Calculus (BC) Examination consists of six sample examinations. Each sample exam has 45 multiple-choice questions and six free-response questions. Section I Part A has 28 multiple-choice questions (without the use of any calculator) and Section I Part B has 17 multiple-choice questions (designed with graphing calculators in mind, and containing questions for which this technology is required) - as outlined in the May 2006 AP Course Description. Section II has six free-response questions. (Section II Part A consists of three free-response questions and contains some questions or parts of questions for which a graphing calculator is required, and section II Part B consists of three free-response questions for which you may not use a calculator.)
In addition, the book has workspace area for students to work out each problem (multiple-choice and free-response), an index which acts as a cross reference for all multiple-choice questions, and a separate Answer Key for the multiple-choice and free-response section of each sample exam.
The Student's Solutions Manual (7th edition) provides a step-by-step solution for each problem in the question book. In many cases, the incorrect answers are also examined, so your students can learn to avoid common pitfalls.
